Our collaboration at North Curl Curl was the full package. We were able to deliver the full package here for Corvis Primesite builders.

We ran with a full LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) frame infilled between a maze of steel and powertruses. keeping special attention on protected the polished concrete slab on the ground floor. With a 3.1m ceiling on the first floor capped in parapets to encase the box gutters and cut on site hip roof this frame had all the aspects that demanded a high attention to detail and ability to execute.

Moving onto a complete cladding package in a mixture James Hardie axon and fine texture cladding this house was set out with an emphasis on ensuring intentional sheet widths. The building itself was wrapped in a full water permeable membrane with window flashing thoroughly thought out.

The fit off at this project allowed us the opportunity to build multiple custom spotted gum pieces no only inside the house but outside also. All external balcony ceilings were lined in a spotted gum castellation. A large suspended privacy screen and spotted gum pivoting entry gate encase the ground floor front façade. The first-floor hallway featured spotted gum castellations, a built onsite master pivot door in spotted gum, and a custom wrapped linen cupboard. To tie off the castellation we wrapped the custom tv unit to perfectly encase the new tv and soundbar.
